These are really two songs in 1 but they evolved in the same FL Studio project (2 different days). That’s how it goes sometimes - might have to make it into two different beats since they’re so different.

They keyboard I’m using here is the Yamaha Motif XS8, which is the weighted-key version of the XS series (I’m finding I’m not a fan of weighted keys for most stuff besides piano). More on that in another video where I’ll play some stuff I’m sequencing purely on the board (very different and confusing to me).

The Philippine All-Stars, led by Ken “Kenjhons” Serrano, performs during the final slot of the 2006 Hip Hop International Finals. They performed to a wonderful mix of hip hop, which included “Bebot” by the Black Eyed Peas. Jungee Marcelo, then the acting coach of all three Philippine teams entered into the competition, got to wave the red, white, blue, and gold Philippine flag in victory (not shown in this video but in a separate video). After all was said and done, the Philippines emerged as the world champions with the Gold, New Zealand finished with Silver, and Trinidad & Tobago came away with Bronze.Caffeinated Content for WordPress
